Grounded in the belief that all children have the right to receive an education in the same setting with their peers. ONESTI trained inclusion facilitators play an important role in order to ensure that every child benefits from an inclusive setting. Inclusion facilitators are prepared to be active participants in the child’s individualized intervention and learn to implement the appropriate practices in accordance to every child’s needs. Children with special developmental needs, behavioral or social emotional challenges, and/or academic difficulties will receive individualized intervention and close progress monitoring in their school setting. Inclusion facilitators will work in collaboration with the Onesti team to make sure that this process is a success for every child.

Anyone can become a facilitator from parents to caregivers, teachers, teacher assistants, or individuals from fields other than education. Facilitator core level training is designed for individuals who wish to take on this career path. By becoming an intervention & inclusion facilitator, individuals will have the opportunity to work in different settings: home, day care, schools.

Division 1 / The Connecting: is an introductory segment of the facilitator training. It provides an overview of the training, in addition to setting the stage for connecting. The role of telepractice as a new mode of service provision in connection to this era of technology. The connection between service providers and families across the globe. The key connection of the relation of developmental areas that is critical to the comprehensiveness of the approach. The innovational role of the facilitator as an important connecting link in the dynamics of comprehensive intervention.

Division 2 / Ground inspection: prior to building any sturdy structure, the ground needs to be inspected, same as prior to any successful intervention, the groundwork is the knowledge of developmental milestones. For a keen and precise perspective, all facets need to be examined. Therefore, in relation to child development, environmental factors need to be thoroughly considered since they may either promote or act as a barrier to growth and development. With this precise perspective, we lay the groundwork for empowering the child to rise confidently, just as a strong foundation ensures a building’s resilience.

Division 3 / Draw to scale: Like precise architectural blueprints, providing accurate, individualized support tailored to each child’s unique needs and abilities sets the foundation for success. That’s why the awareness of red flags for delays and knowledge about disorders are critical for individualizing intervention for each child. The accuracy of the intervention plan and carefully selected objectives allows children to rise and reach their full potential, fostering growth across all areas of development, just as a well-designed construction stands tall and sturdy.

Division 4 / The Truss: Building a strong foundation is like constructing a sturdy truss, this segment equips facilitators with comprehensive knowledge about the significant role of intervention, not only in progress achieved in regards to development but also in its reflection on the improvement of every child’s and family’s quality of life.
Facilitators learn about their critical role in the intervention process and how the acquired knowledge enables them to nurture every child’s individual needs. Just as a truss supports structures, this foundation ensures the child’s development soars securely, allowing them to rise confidently towards their full potential.
